State Team 2015

ROLL OFFS FOR THE 2015 STATE TEAM.

On Sunday 1st February, 7 of our members tried out for the NSW State Team at Windsor Tenpin Bowl.

They were: Angela Moxham, Candice Lundie, Emma Crompton, Adam Mandarano, Natham Constable, Tim Wilson and Warren Seymour.

Our bowlers played exceptionally well with 3 being chosen to represent NSW in the National Championships at Chermside Queensland in June.

CONGRATULATIONS to Emma Crompton and Natham Constable who will play in the Cole Cup Challenge and Adam Mandarano who will play in the Open Division.

Welcome to the Hornsby Rockets blog

Hornsby Rockets Ten Pin Bowling Team Inc is a club for people with disabilities, based at AMF Bowling Alley in Hornsby.

The club is run by volunteer parents and carers. More volunteers, parents and carers are always welcome and needed to help run the club - please don't hesitate to offer whatever time or skills you can.

Rockets meet on Saturday mornings for regular bowling, and can choose to travel far and wide to tournaments, for a day, a weekend or a week, depending on the location and scale of the tournament. Bowling is fun, and adaptable for people with all abilities. Rockets provides many opportunities for social activities, making friends, skill development, and just plain fun.

Bendigo Bank Galston, Wahroonga Rotary and Matt Kean MP are our major supporters.

To enquire about membership, come along to Hornsby AMF on a Saturday morning between 9.30am - 11.30am and speak to a Committee Member.
